Blueprint

The painting that started this series “Up close and Personal”

I was chatting to Pappa God about a year ago and asking Him, how did He do it? How did He create everything? How did he know every little detail of what would make this and how putting that together would make that….and without even pausing to let Him reveal the mystery, I asked Him if He had a “Blueprint room” in heaven….

And then my imagination took over..

That would be one massive room…

How many filing cabinets would that require?….

Is everything filed alphabetically & if so, which alphabet?…..

Why the mosquito? What possible use could it have?….

And you know what He did? He laughed, whole heartedly, raucously and with every fibre of His being and with such delight that it was only a millisecond before I started laughing with Him…. So many questions ……

And that is why, 12months later, I’m still in the middle of this series…. Will it ever end? I’m not sure but it has made me pause and consider the personal touches that He applies to all creation…an intimate and intricate knowingness of the sum of us all.

And whether you believe in Him or not, the fact remains true that you were fearfully and wonderfully made, knit together in your mother’s womb. There is no one like you, and will never be again..and that is astounding and wonderful!
